Introduction

We're hoping to make this handbook simple, and short. We wouldn't want you floating off now, would we? In this handbook, we'll cover down the very fundamentals to operating your store. If happen to run into any problems, go ahead and email us regarding any of the encountered issues.

1) The Basic Layout

2) Store Administration Pannel

In the administration pannel, you have total access to the entire store. Lots of sensitive data may be stored, so be cautious and do not share your administration credentials with anyone. Here we can see a overview of the store like, traffic, orders, and sales. Luckily for you, all you really need to know is how to add products into your store, and set your shipping tax rate. Sending out products to costumers should be easy-peasy. 

3) Adding Products

 

• Hover over catalog, and click "Products" to add a new product to your store.
• Next click the "Insert" button on the right of the screen and you should get a page like this:

 

Fill out the fields with your prefrence, only fill out the ones provided here because the rest of the fields don't have a huge importance. Here are the definitions for each field: 

• Product Name: the name of the product
• Meta Tag Description: a tag that charactertizes your product in a specific category (ex. computers)
• Meta Tag Keywords: same as above
• Description: description of the product
• Product Tags: some regular tags

When done click the "Data" tab

•   Model: a specific model of a product
• SKU: a item identified by a set of variables
• Price: the price of the item
• Tax class: Physical or virtual product
• Quantity: How many items do you have in stock? (you can leave this blank for infinite)
• Minimum Quantity: Forces the costumers to purchase a certain amount of the same product
• Subtract Stock: Subtracts your stock of the item
• Out of Stock Status: Alerts you when a product's stock is running low
• Requires Shipping: self-explanatory
• Image: Uploading images are very crucial so here's how to upload them,

1) Click upload 
2) Browse for the image, and select it then click "open"
3) Then lastly, double click the image and you're done!

• Date Available: Set a specific date when you want the item to appear in your store
• Status: Enable or disable the item from being seen in store

When done click the "Special" tab.

Here in the special tab you may add a special if you'd like for the item, if not skim through until the next tab in this guide. If so, here's how:

• Price: Set the price
• Date Start: Use the calendar to set a specific day
• Date End: Use the calendar to end the special on a specific day

When done click the "Image Tab".

If you'd like to upload anymore images or angles of the product, go ahead and do so here.
Finally click "Save" and you're done!

Congratulations, you have officially added a product into your store. Now go ahead and add another 99 more!..
